one of the UK’s leading SME private equity specialists
Following degrees at the University of Cambridge and the University of Pennsylvania (the latter of which he attended as a Thouron Fellow) Daniel spent much of his early career in the United States where he launched a technology-enabled derivatives advisory firm which specialised in life insurance-linked structured products. He undertook several investment roles upon his return to the UK before focussing exclusively on UK and Irish lower mid-market SMEs via the launch of Cordovan’s institutional investment vehicles.
Daniel chairs the General Partnerships and Investment Committees of both of Cordovan’s institutional fund vehicles. He has a particular interest in operational value creation, strategic execution and investment evaluation.
