Report from NVTV’s community news programme Focal Point on the unveiling of a window in Belfast City Hall commemorating the local men who fought against fascism in the Spanish Civil War, 1936-39.

The project was conceived by the International Brigades Commemoration Committee and received the support of all parties in Belfast City Council.
